Xelerator International Training Camp Background

Xelerator is looking for European SMB companies that want to accelerate their international sales and market development. Since many startup companies fail because they do not get the help and assistance they need at early stages, Xelerator is offering a unique, intensive training program for entrepreneurs.

During a 12 week process, participants will be trained and coached in a number of key sales and marketing skills aimed to increase their international success. The focus here is effective communication. Our goal is to identify and establish the key components for a successful international expansion by preparing leaders for a demanding but successful international acceleration process. This is not a theory course, but a very practical exercise where participants will produce their own materials and perfect the delivery and execution of their own plans with the assistance of Xelerator experienced personnel.

At the completion of this process, all participants will have the opportunity to present their company and concepts to a venture panel comprised of representatives from Xelerator, XeleCAP and select venture capital companies. Additionally, participants can continue with the Xelerator Terra Firma® process for accelerating international market entry. Terra Firma prepares and delivers the actual launch of the new products and services in international markets.

Course Duration: How much time does a participant need to allocate?

• Intro Seminar 1: 8 hours (on-site).
• Weekly webinar: 10 – one hour per week (online & telephone).
• Weekly coaching: 10- one hour per week (telephone).
• Homework/assignments: 1-2 hours per week.
• Final Seminar 2 8 hours (on-site).

Structure:

• Two single day seminars (Intro & Conclusion).
• Weekly online live webinar for all participants & 2 facilitators (1-hour).
• Weekly individual coaching by facilitators (1 hour/week per participant).
• Weekly homework assignments & scorecard (to be completed by participant).
